Q: What if I need to return an item?
A: If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have received please contact us at [email protected] with the following information, within 14 days of receiving your items:— Order ID
— Name
— Address
— Reason for refund
We will ask you to return the shirt in its original condition. We aim to refund orders within 48 hours of receipt. Please allow up to 7 working days before the refunded payment appears in your account. We cannot take responsibility for items while they are being returned in transit. We recommend that you use a delivery service that will insure the item(s) in the event that they are lost in transit.
Q: How long does it take before items ship?
A: All items will generally ship 24 to 48 hours after placing order.

How do I pay for your products?
A: Payments are processed through PayPal. PayPal accepts most popular cards
including MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron and American Express.
Payment will only be accepted if the selected items are in stock. If goods are not
available and payment has been made in advance your order will be promptly
refunded

to have a PayPal account to buy from this site?
A: No, when you checkout with PayPal you can enter your card details without having
to sign-up. PayPal gives you the option to sign-up, but you don’t have to
oblige. PayPal only receives your card details. We don’t see or
have access to your credit card information.
Q: What is the cost of shipping?
A: All items ship domestically for a flat fee of $5. Whether you order 1 item or 20 items, shipping remains $5.
Q: Do you offer any shirt in bigger sizes?
A: Currently the manufacture I used only offer size up to 4xl but if you Need a bigger shirt than that? Email us at info@xpkenshin well see if we can work an arrangement out. If you want to support my work, the last thing I want to do is turn you away.
